For twelve years I formed the artist duo Leonard & Jeroen together with Leonard Bedaux. In those twelve years we have developed projects, exhibitions and films in and for, among others, the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, France, England, Austria, Belgium, Lowlands, De Parade, Booimans van Beuningen, Galerie Luycks, Galerie BART, Ruimte - X, Hilvaria Studios, and Art Relay - Kessels Kramer London.
Within the many projects we have usually looked for depth in the surface and ways to filter out noise from existence and to expose "the essence". The relationship between humans, animals and things was a dominant theme. Serendipity was a very important phenomenon for us in the process of arriving at an end product.

WAWAZDA
A twelve meter high attraction where objects fall down through a 12 meter high chute. Shortly before it falls into the container at the bottom of the tube, the participant sees the object drop by, after which the question is: "what was that?". If the answer is correct, the participant may select a prize from the prize cabinet. All this under the guidance of fair-music and a fair-broadcasting voice. This attraction has been on Lowlands, De Parade, Mundial, in Belgium, Austria and Germany.
