REISBUREAU MIMASU
From 13 to 30 November 2002, the Mimasu Travel Agency was located in the porter's house of the FAXX building in Tilburg. The trips and events offered by and in the city were the result of a collaboration between five Tilburg and three Japanese artists, namely Sohei Iwata, Aoi Kume, Yasushi Takahashi, Koen Delaere, Pepijn Verhoeven, Sasja van der Zanden and Jeroen Opstelten. Carina Diepens coordinated the art project. Travel agency Mimasu was the first art project in the context of the new Arts Plan Public Space Tilburg (KORT) 2002 – 2010.
